SUIQUI, Inc. and its affiliates’ (“SUIQUI,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) goal is to simplify the complex paperwork of daily tasks for construction engineering teams. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by us, including on our websites (suiqui.com and its subdomains, and any other domains that we own or operate).

When you create a SUIQUI account, we collect the personal information you provide to us, such as your name, email address, phone number and profile picture.

We collect and analyze data and other information relating to the access, use, and performance of the Services (“Usage Data”). Examples of Usage Data include technical logs, metadata, telemetry data, Technical Data (as defined below) and usage information about Customer Content, such as how many times it is accessed. Usage Data may also include personal information such as information about your interactions with other users, but excludes Customer Content itself.

We collect data and materials that you provide or upload to the Services. 

  • Customer Service Information

If you call or otherwise interact with SUIQUI’s sales or customer service, we collect the information you provide to our representatives.

We collect personal information from you such as email address, phone number, and mailing address when you request information about the Services or otherwise communicate with us.

Information Collected Automatically (Technical Data)

Automatic Data Collection. 

We collect certain information automatically when you use the Services. This information may include your Internet protocol (IP) address, user settings, MAC address, cookie identifiers and other unique identifiers, details about your browser, operating system or device information about the links you click, and information about how you interact with and use the Services.

1. We may update this policy from time to time and comply with the local laws and regulations related to privacy and personal data protection. When we make significant changes, we will make an announcement on our official website.
